• Register only one (1) account only — multiple accounts registered under the same name or details are prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed.
• Not listed among individuals who have been banned from using the aceasia9 platform.
• Act in a personal capacity and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• Not use your aceasia9 account for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.

Aceasia9 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity verification at any time. Users who fail to provide the required documents within the stipulated timeframe may have their account suspended or closed.

During the aceasia9 registration process, you are required to provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information. This includes your full legal name, an active Malaysian mobile number, a valid email address, and bank details for withdrawal purposes. aceasia9 is not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate information provided at registration.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your aceasia9 account password and login credentials. Any activity that occurs under your account — whether with your knowledge or not — is your responsibility. Aceasia9 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available exclusively to users in Malaysia:

The minimum deposit amount is RM 10 per transaction. Deposited funds are typically credited to your aceasia9 account within seconds of a successful payment. aceasia9 is not liable for any delays caused by banks or third-party payment providers.

For withdrawals, the minimum amount is RM 30 per transaction. All withdrawals will be processed within 10 minutes to 24 hours depending on your payment method and the KYC verification status of your account. aceasia9 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits.

All deposits and withdrawals must be made using the same payment method and under the same name as the aceasia9 account holder. aceasia9 does not permit third-party transactions — meaning deposits or withdrawals using another person's bank account or digital wallet are strictly prohibited.

Aceasia9 offers a range of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members, including a first deposit bonus, weekly reload bonus, and cashback. Every bonus offered by aceasia9 is subject to specific wagering requirements (rollover requirements) that will be clearly stated in the respective promotion's terms.

• First deposit bonus: 100% up to RM 300 with a 20x wagering requirement.
• Weekly reload bonus: 20% with a 15x wagering requirement.
• Weekly cashback: 5% with no minimum wagering requirement.

Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the wagering requirements have been met in full. aceasia9 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings if there is any attempt to abuse a promotion — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, hedging bets, or coordinating activity across different accounts.

All bets placed on aceasia9 — whether on Sports Betting such as Malaysia Super League football, EPL, BWF badminton, esports, or casino games such as baccarat, roulette, and slots — are final once confirmed by the aceasia9 system. Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or modified by the player.

Aceasia9 reserves the right to cancel or void bets in the following circumstances:

• A technical error causing incorrect odds to be displayed.
• A match or event is cancelled, postponed, or not completed within the stipulated timeframe.
• Evidence of fraud, match manipulation, or insider information affecting betting outcomes.
• Any system disruption that affects the integrity of a bet.

For in-play (live betting) events, aceasia9 reserves the right to suspend betting markets at any time without prior notice, particularly during special incidents within a match. All aceasia9 decisions regarding betting disputes are final.

Aceasia9 is committed to promoting healthy and responsible gambling practices among all members. We provide the following self-management tools, accessible directly through your account settings:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to keep your spending in check.
• Loss Limit: Set a maximum loss limit for a specified period.
• Cool-Off Period: Take a temporary break from your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.

• Manipulating the aceasia9 bonus system through dishonest methods such as deliberate hedge betting across multiple accounts.
• Attempting to hack, damage, or disrupt the operations of the aceasia9 platform.
• Using the aceasia9 platform for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Sharing your account login credentials with any other party.
• Misusing the aceasia9 complaints or customer support system with false or unsubstantiated reports.

Aceasia9 reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of involvement in prohibited activities. Any breach of these provisions may result in immediate account suspension or closure, balance freeze, and legal action where necessary.

Aceasia9 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision within these Terms & Conditions.
• Evidence of fraud, misconduct, or illegal activity.
• Failure to provide the requested identity verification documents within the specified timeframe.
• Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.
• Voluntary account closure requested by the account holder through self-exclusion.

If an account is closed due to a terms violation, aceasia9 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in that account. For closures arising from other reasons, any valid balance will be returned to the account holder once all investigations and verifications have been completed.

Aceasia9 is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of or inability to use our platform, including but not limited to:

• A technical disruption or failure that results in a betting loss.
• Transaction processing delays caused by banks or third-party payment providers.
• Losses arising from a user sharing their login credentials with another party.
• Changes to odds or betting markets due to factors outside aceasia9's control.

In all circumstances, aceasia9's maximum liability to any member shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that member in the 30 days prior to the claim being raised.

Aceasia9 takes the protection of all members' personal data seriously, in line with Malaysia's data protection requirements. All personal information collected during registration and use of the aceasia9 platform is handled in accordance with Privacy Policy our separate document.

By registering as an aceasia9 member, you consent to us collecting, processing, and using your personal data for the purposes of platform operation, identity verification, fraud prevention, and relevant marketing communications — subject to the notification preferences you have set in your account.

Aceasia9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on aceasia9.net. We will make reasonable efforts to notify members of significant changes via email notification or in-platform messaging.

It is your responsibility as an aceasia9 member to review this Terms & Conditions page periodically.
